Breakfast Bagel with egg, bacon and avacado

Ingridients

  • 1 bagel (cut in half)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instuctions

  • To begin with, toast the bagel until golden.
  • Meanwhile, cook the bacon until crispy.
  • Next, cook the eggs in the same pan and season with salt and pepper.
  • While the eggs are cooking, mash the avocado
  • After that, spread butter on the bagel and add the avocado.
  • Then, place the eggs, bacon, and cheese on top.
  • Finally, close the bagel and serve warm!
