The creamiest cheese pasta you will ever taste

This creamy cottage cheese pasta is the perfect combination of comfort and nutrition. Its made with blended cottage cheese. It creates a rich sauce without the heaviness of a traditional cream.

- 2-3 servings
Ingridients
- 200g pasta (of your choice)
- 200g cottage cheese
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 30g grated parmesan
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper (if you want)
- Optional: Spinach, tomatoes, chicken
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions
- Save 1/2 cup of water for the sauce
- In a blender mix, cottage cheese, garlic, parmesan, olive oil, pasta water
- Blend until smooth consistency
- Take a pan on medium heat and heat up the sauce while putting in the cooked pasta
- Add more pasta water if needed!
- Add additional toppings (of choice)
